There's no one-size-fits all solution when it comes to coaching. Together, we will define your objectives and we will design a personalised and impactful plan that fits your needs, timing and situation. We can focus on pure coaching or a mix of coaching and mentoring.

START YOUR JOURNEY
We will begin our sessions in an atmosphere of trust, confidentiality and clarity, using the most relevant techniques and tools tailored to your specific situation.

As a true expert in Executive Search and Talent Advisory, I have over 18 years of industry experience working in Paris, London and New York both for major international executive search firms in London and global compagnies (CAC40). Driven by a deep passion for the human side of my profession, I officially trained as a Coach in 2024 to learn the techniques and, through the best training organization, acquire the most impactful tools.
With an extensive career in consulting and leadership advisory, Coaching and Mentoring have always been integral parts of my mission. Empowering Leaders and Future Leaders to transform their lives by achieving their career goals lies at the core of my approach.
