     1. We provide Seniority in every aspect of the mission. Our clients and candidates will always benefit from senior level attention throughout the process. We do not delegate any aspect of the search to junior resources or third parties. In a highly competitive market, the first contact with a candidate can be decisive. 

     2. The Briefing is a mission critical aspect of the process and we will advise you on how to define the boundaries of the perfect profile for the role. We take the necessary time to understand accurately your organization, your culture and to make our process seamless with your requirements.  

     3. Our Research Strategy is extensive, diversified across geographies and sectors. We are audacious and we like to think outside the box. The best talent can be anywhere. 

     4. We believe in Diversity & Inclusion at every level and it is reflected in the way we conduct our search. Building a diverse environment fosters creativity and innovation.

     5. We believe in Partnerships and we like to work hand in hand with our clients. We provide transparency at all stages of the process and like to keep our clients informed and in control. 

     6. Each candidate that we put forward in our Short-lists will have been rigorously evaluated. We will always prioritise candidates who can demonstrate outstanding achievements and the capacity to lead change; most importantly, someone who will be a great fit for the culture of your own organisation.     

     7. Once a candidate has been selected, we provide detailed Reference Checks, assist with Offer Negotiations and with potential Counter-offers. Especially in the current “talent war”, being close to people is key.

     8. We build long lasting relationships with each candidate that we place, that extend far beyond the initial onboarding phase.

     9. Above all, we place a particular emphasis on Ethics and we treat all our work with utmost Confidentiality.

     With 18+ years in recruitment, in London, New York and Paris, Julie is internationally experienced at managing strategic searches for high-profile clients. 

Having worked for global executive search firms in London and client-side for Publicis Groupe, Julie has extensive expertise in Talent Management, attraction and retention. For many years, she has helped businesses find, develop and support their most important asset: their people. 

     An active member of Bloom’s network, she mentors young women and gives the next generation of rising stars the skills to grow and achieve their career goals. Bloom’s mission is to ensure women have equal opportunity in the communications industry, by harnessing the power of their real voices.

Rebecca Bazini, Consultant.

     Having worked many years in the Marketing Industry for leading cosmetics companies, as well as developing entrepreneurial projects in lifestyle businesses, Rebecca has a rich and diverse experience on top of her recruitment expertise.

     

With a strong international background - she lived and worked in Paris, London, New York and Madrid - she has developed a passion for people with a deep understanding of cross cultural environment. 

     Currently working as a Recruitment Consultant for The Talent Bureau, she is passionate about developing strong relationships both with clients and candidates, investing ample time to understand client's needs to deliver high quality, customised solutions resulting in the perfect hire.
